The Centro Fondo Enego is a half an hours drive from Asiago and a popular destination for cross country skiers, with 200 km of trails that wind through the landscapes of the Marcesina plain.

Ski bus information/timetable



There are ski buses from the main square in Asiago to Campolongo and Campomulo.  The extensive track system of Enego shares tracks with and is more easily accessed by ski bus from Campomulo.

Cross Country Ski Tracks and Routes
The eight cross country ski runs (6 + 2) of del Centro Fondo Enego are always well groomed and with different levels of difficulty, skiers can discover the scenery of the plain of Marcesina, with its geography and harsh temperatures, giving it the nickname "Finland of Italy". 
The tracks have a variety of difficulty, with different lengths and gradients, for expert skiers and even for beginners beginners.

The Refuge Valmaron is the starting point of all the tracks, and this also has a restaurant, service bar, solarium and, and 10 rooms to rent. You can rent cross country ski equipment here, and there is also a waxing station, together with showers and changing rooms.

The Centro Fondo Enego offers a wide variety of mechanically groomed and marked slopes, for every need and preparation, from the simplest Conca, Agonistica and Variante Costalta, to those of medium difficulty such as Cimone and Mandrielle , to the more demanding Marcesina-Buson and Valbrutta -Barricade.

Thanks to the connection with the Centro Fondo Gallio, numerous other slopes are also available, allowing you to to reach a height of more than 2000 meters and the highest peaks of the Sette Comuni plateau such as Ortigara, Malga Foster, or the cold sinkhole of the Campilussi , where temperatures of -40 ° C have been recorded.
