02 Anthozertal is in the Dolomiti NordicSki area. The Anterselva Valley is an idyllic side valley of the Puster Valley in South Tyrol to enjoy cross country skiing in an unspoiled landscape.There are tracks from 20 to 60 km that meander through forests, across the frozen Anterselva Lake, and to the bottom of the Stalle Mountain Pass, where the scenery is of the Vedrette di Ries mountain range. The sun slope which goes from Rasun di Sopra to Anterselva di Sotto is perfect for beginners.

  • Circuit Bärenloipe - 4.7 km

    This track is located in Antholz Obertal / Anterselva di Sopra.


    It is a demanding circuit near the Biathlong Centre.

  • Biathlon XC Trail WM 2020 - 3 km

    Located at Rasen Antholz the Biathlon centre Süditorol Area is situated on teh Lake of Antholz. Each year the Biathlong World Cup take place here in the Rieserferner mountains.

  • Radun di Sotto - Niederrasen - 2 km

    Start at Rasun di Sotto-Niederrasen.

    This is an easy slope, ideal for beginners.

  • Circuit Biotope - Rasun Di Sopra-Oberrasen - 3.2km

    A circut from Rasun di Sopra to the biotope in the direction of Anterselva di Sotto.

  • Biathlon Centre 1B, 2B, 4B, 5B - 1.5 km, 2.5 km, 4 km, 5 km

    Situated on Lake Antholz. 


    There are various trails here of differing lengths and if you add them all together you will have around 17.5 km.

  • Circuit Anterselva di Sotto - 1.7 km (ascent 13m)

    Small circuit to start and then go onto Rasun.

  • Anterselva di Sotto - Mezzo - 3.8 km

    Trail going from Anterselva di Sotton / Antholz Niedertal to Anterselva di Mezzo / Antholz Mittertal.

  • Sun Slope Oberrasen / Antholz Niedertal - 5.4 km

    Park in the town centre Oberrasen at the entry to the valley. Track runs from Rasun di Sopra to Anterselva di Sotto (Bad Salomonsbrunn)

  • Seeloipe / Pista Circuito Lago

    This cirular route is in the Antholzertal valley and starts in Anterselva di Sopra.

  • Anterselva di Mezzo - 6.3 km

Ski Buses

A Holidaypass is issued to any holiday maker staying in accommodation which is a registered member of the local tourism association. It entitles you to use all Ski busses and public transport in the South Tyrol PTE (ski buses only in Pustertal/Val Pusteria (Alta Badia), public buses, city buses, regional trains), as well as the cablecars at: Mühlbach-Meransen, Jenesien, Ritten, Mendel and the Renon-Ritten train.  It should be stamped on every bus ride and before entering any train and is valid for up to 7 days after being stamped for the first time.


It doesn't include free use for Nightliner, of long-distance trains (Intercity, Eurocity, Euronight, Eurostar), bicycles (7 €/day), dogs (single ticket or Mobilcard Junior) and other pets is subject to a charge.
