Steinberg is an area near Lake Achensee which has an 18 kilometre ski trail. It is a remote area, and so not really suitable to stay in, but can be accessed by bus to start the trail. Or via the other end of the route to ski there and back.

Cafes on Cross Country Ski Routes
At the end of the Guffert ski trail there is a lovely hotel restaurant and pizzeria called Hotel Beretta. It has a varied menu and excellent pizzas which are pretty large! They even have a take-away service is you wish to take one back to your apartment.
